The owner of a facility under construction wished to have conditions that could lead to a failure to obtain the required State licenses identified and corrected prior to the completion of construction.

Olicon’s experts conducted regular site visits, met with the contractor and architect, and prepared site visit reports that identified problems and outlined possible fixes.  Difficult or controversial issues were discussed with State staff to ensure compliance with State regulations.
